• Daily hydration goals and preferences
• Sleep schedule preferences (bedtime and wake time)

• Referral and invite code usage data
• Device information and app usage analytics

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Osmos App
• Create and manage your user account

3. DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY
Your hydration logs are stored locally on your device using AsyncStorage. Account data and preferences are stored securely on our servers hosted on Vercel. We implement industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your data. Authentication is handled via JSON Web Tokens (JWT) with secure token rotation.
4. DATA SHARING
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:
• With service providers who assist in operating our infrastructure (e.g., Vercel for hosting)
• To comply with applicable laws, regulations, or legal processes
• To protect the rights, privacy, safety, or property of Orconix Technologies
5. GOOGLE API USAGE
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We only access the minimum data necessary to provide authentication services.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:
• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate personal data

7. DATA RETENTION
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active. Hydration logs stored locally on your device are under your control. Upon account deletion, we will remove your data from our servers within 30 days.
8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Osmos is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we discover that we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it immediately.
9. HEALTH DATA DISCLAIMER
Osmos is a hydration and supplement tracking tool for informational purposes only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The data and recommendations provided by the App should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice. Consult a healthcare professional for medical concerns.
10. COMPLIANCE WITH INDIAN LAW
Orconix Technologies complies with the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, and the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023. As a data fiduciary, we implement industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect user data. Users have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of their personal data.
