1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By creating an account on Osmos, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the application.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

Osmos is a personal hydration and supplement tracking application. The Service allows users to log water intake, set hydration goals, receive reminders, and view historical intake data.

3. USER ACCOUNTS

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

4. PRIVACY & DATA COLLECTION

We collect your email address, name, and hydration data to provide the Service. Your data is stored securely and will not be sold to third parties. Hydration logs are stored locally on your device and optionally synced to our servers.

5. USER CONDUCT

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; (c) interfere with the proper operation of the Service; (d) impersonate any person or entity.

6. REFERRAL PROGRAM

Osmos offers a referral program that allows users to invite others. Abuse of the referral system, including creating fake accounts, may result in permanent account suspension.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, features, and functionality of Osmos are owned by the Osmos team and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Service is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. Osmos does not guarantee the accuracy of hydration recommendations and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Osmos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms.

11. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
